About Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to Jakala China. As Program Manager you will manage the overall
process for China programs. You will be responsible for coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to bring commercial opportunities to realization, all the while respecting stakeholders’ guidelines and production timelines.

Responsibilities include:
? Implementing assigned tasks to support workstream and program plans, ensuring they align with
program objectives and adhere to organizational program management standards.
? Conducting research, workshops, and other activities to support campaign proposal and deliverables.
? Documenting approved stakeholder objectives, ensuring timelines are met and client and supplier agreements are delivered upon. Your role will be fulfilling what has been agreed upfront with client and to deliver the products.

? Overseeing the execution of analytics campaigns from start to finish. This includes setting priorities, managing resources, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within budget.
? Drafting campaign review reports and presentations, including key information and recommendations to support the process, and enabling stakeholders to evaluate progress. Contributing towards post-program reviews, identifying key takeaways.
? Supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other activities.
? Continuously searching for new ideas and identifying ways to improve existing operations.
? You will be responsible for contract management and the approval of samples, packaging, content, key visual & POS material.
