1)Responsible for the operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational sales targets. 2))Ensure delivery of customers KPIs/ sales targets including customer service level and quality measures. 3)Managing and leading all elements of t. plant P&L and operations/ activities, including Production, Engineering and Quality functions. 4)Maintaining and managing high standards of operation by increasing production yield, reducing production cost, reducing working capital, implementing excellence in service and quality and respecting safety. 5)Coordinating and implementing capital expenditure for projects, new investments for the growth of the company, on time, on budget and meeting the expected quality. 6)Establishing good communication with external customers, understanding customer needs and requirements in order to provide the appropriate quality and service. 7)Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. 8)Develop talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team. 9)Help promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
