- To specify the application of steering system layout for CV OEMs (Bus & Truck, special vehicles) based on their specific requirements, with proposal of components such as steering gear, power steering pump, power cylinder, valve blocs and RAS–systems
- 根據(jù)汽車廠的特殊需求，確定商用車主機(jī)廠（公交車、卡車、特種車）轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用方案，并提供相關(guān)部件的建議，如：轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)、動力轉(zhuǎn)向泵、轉(zhuǎn)向助力缸、閥體以及后橋轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)
- Performing of tests at customers and Bosch test facilities, bench & vehicle，Support customers locally or on site at vehicle CAN diagnosis, function verification, installation, parameter tuning, etc. Provide system solutions
- 在客戶以及博世測試設(shè)備、臺架和車輛上進(jìn)行測試工作, 在本地或客戶現(xiàn)場支持車輛CAN診斷，功能驗(yàn)證，安裝，參數(shù)調(diào)校等; 收集客戶開發(fā)車輛數(shù)據(jù)，反饋系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)并提供解決方案
- To build-up and maintain good relationship with CV OEMs all over China, presentation of technique and product promotion, technical support training together with sales responsible to ensure the OEM’s satisfaction
- 在全國范圍內(nèi)與商用車主機(jī)廠建立和保持溝通關(guān)系，與負(fù)責(zé)銷售同事一起完成技術(shù)介紹和產(chǎn)品推廠，以及技術(shù)支持和培訓(xùn)，確保滿足客戶要求
- Market observation and analysis on OEM requirements, competitive technologies and legislation requirements
- 對客戶需求，市場競爭技術(shù)和法規(guī)要求的觀察和分析
- Be responsible for following the defined PEP process to ensure project objectives (cost, time, quality) in projects. For instance, ensure target of EBIT, QG milestone,etc
- 按照產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程開展項(xiàng)目管理工作，確保項(xiàng)目在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)，按時(shí)、保質(zhì)交付，如達(dá)成EBIT指標(biāo)、節(jié)點(diǎn)指標(biāo)等
- Lead planning and implementation into the project. Review and track the status with team on a regular basis. Make QG review and status report to steering committee
- 規(guī)劃并推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目，定期與項(xiàng)目成員評估及跟蹤項(xiàng)目狀態(tài), 向各級審批委員會匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目及節(jié)點(diǎn)審批

Qualifications & Requirements 任職資格及要求
· Education學(xué)歷
- Bachelor Degree in automotive or mechanical or electronic engineering
- 學(xué)士學(xué)位，汽車/機(jī)械工程\電子工程相關(guān)專業(yè)

· Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in system layout with technical background in automotive industry, steering gear or steering system preferred
- 最少2-3年在汽車行業(yè)系統(tǒng)配置的技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)或轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先
- Good knowledge in vehicle measurement systems
- 熟悉汽車檢測系統(tǒng)
- Familiar with CAN, CAN FD, J1939, UDS, ASPICE, Product security, ISO26262,TS16949 preferred
- 熟悉CAN, CAN FD, J1939, UDS, ASPICE, 產(chǎn)品安全， ISO26262，TS16949等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、協(xié)議或質(zhì)量管理體系者優(yōu)先
- Good knowledge of the overall process of new product development/manufacturing
- 了解產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及制造過程

· Skills 技能
- Excellent communication skill on both internal and external

- Basic communication skills in English
- 基本的英語交流技能
- Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
