儀表維修
儀表技術員負責工廠各類儀表的維護、故障排查與修復工作。通過日常巡檢確保儀表穩(wěn)定運行，為生產(chǎn)流程提供準確數(shù)據(jù)支持，保障生產(chǎn)活動順利進行，同時協(xié)助新儀表的安裝調(diào)試，助力工廠設備升級與優(yōu)化。
The Instrument Technician is responsible for the maintenance, fault detection, and repair of various instruments in the factory. Through daily inspections, the technician ensures the stable operation of the instruments, provides accurate data support for the production process, and guarantees the smooth progress of production activities. Meanwhile, the technician assists in the installation and commissioning of new instruments, contributing to the upgrade and optimization of factory equipment.
1. 儀表維護：制定并執(zhí)行儀表定期維護計劃，完成溫度、壓力、流量等儀表的日常巡檢、校準和保養(yǎng)，記錄儀表運行數(shù)據(jù)，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在問題并處理。
Instrument Maintenance: Develop and execute a regular maintenance plan for instruments. Complete the daily inspection, calibration, and maintenance of temperature, pressure, flow, and other types of instruments. Record instrument operation data, promptly identify potential problems, and handle them.
2. 故障處理：快速響應儀表故障，現(xiàn)場診斷并準確判斷故障原因，及時修復故障，更換損壞部件，恢復儀表正常工作，并詳細記錄故障及維修情況。
Fault Handling: Respond quickly to instrument failures, conduct on - site diagnosis, accurately determine the cause of the fault, promptly repair the failure, replace damaged components, restore the normal operation of the instrument, and record the fault and repair details in detail.
3. 協(xié)助新儀表工作：參與新儀表的安裝與調(diào)試，協(xié)助工程師完成相關工作；收集儀表使用反饋，為儀表選型和采購提供參考。
Assistance in New Instrument Work: Participate in the installation and commissioning of new instruments, assist engineers in related work; collect feedback on instrument usage to provide a reference for instrument selection and procurement.

Qualifications
1. 教育背景：自動化、儀器儀表等相關專業(yè)，大專及以上學歷。
Educational Background: A college degree or above in Automation, Instrumentation, or related majors.
2. 工作經(jīng)驗：3年以上儀表維護相關工作經(jīng)驗，有工廠工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
Work Experience: Above 3 years of work experience related to instrument maintenance. Those with factory work experience will be given priority.
3. 技能要求：熟悉常見儀表工作原理和結構，掌握儀表故障診斷和維修技能，能熟練使用各類維修工具和檢測設備，具備基本電氣知識。
Skill Requirements: Be familiar with the working principles and structures of common instruments, master instrument fault diagnosis and repair skills, be able to skillfully use various maintenance tools and testing equipment, and possess basic electrical knowledge.
4. 其他素質：工作認真負責，有較強責任心；具備良好團隊合作精神和溝通能力，善于學習，能快速適應新環(huán)境和技術要求 。
Other Qualities: Be serious and responsible at work, with a strong sense of responsibility; have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, be good at learning, and be able to quickly adapt to new environments and technical requirements.
