主要職責:
1. Co-shaping and implementing the Lean transformations for the various direct and indirect areas, through the cooperation with local and global Teams.
2. Plan, how to achieve ZF Production System Objectives and Continuous Improvement System targets via the Plant Roadmap and ensure, the roadmap is on-track.
3. Serve as liaison for proposals to improve operational performance of facility; support facility management in evaluating plant processes for continuous improvement opportunities, utilizing appropriate ZF Production System methods.
4. Train facility staff in ZF PS methods, to ensure expected result from the workshops. Keeping the qualification plan on track.
5. Lead the internal roll-out and awareness of ZF PS tools, to improve metrics related to safety, delivery performance, quality, productivity, and operational costs, by consultancy, leading of workshops or active support in the processes.。
6. Identify waste and improvement potentials in the processes (7KOW, VSA Direct/Indirect, etc.), ensure implementation of improvement plans.
7. Ensures exchange of know-how and experiences among the ZFPS/LPO community.
8. Act as a change leader. Support other team to take activities other necessary activity.
9. Others as supervisor assigned.

最低入職條件Normal Minimum Position Requirements:
1 .Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
2. 3-5+ years of experience within a continuous improvement role in the automotive industry
3. Experience & knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools in addition to problem-solving methods (i.e. Toyota Production System, 5S, VSM, KAIZEN, KANBAN, etc.)
4. Moderation abilities with drive for results, negotiate, coach and team build.
5. Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Proficient with MS Office software.
7. Desire to help others achieve their best.
8. Excellent communication and listening skills.
9. Fluent Oral English
