主要職責：

Main responsibilities:

1. 對產(chǎn)品表面進行清理，安裝噴涂保護工裝，并將產(chǎn)品掛到輸送線上。

Clean the surface of the product, install spray protection
fixtures, and hang the product on the conveyor line.

2. 根據(jù)噴涂計劃調(diào)試底漆、面漆，并進行粘稠度測試，確保達到要求。

Adjust the primer and topcoat according to the spraying plan, and conduct viscosity testing to ensure that they meet the requirements.

3. 根據(jù)不同的噴涂產(chǎn)品調(diào)取相應的噴漆程序。

Retrieve the corresponding painting program based on
different spraying products.

4對噴漆設備未噴涂到的區(qū)域進行人工補漆，對一些配件或者異形件進行人工噴涂，確保產(chǎn)品噴涂質(zhì)量。

Manually touch up paint on areas not covered by spray painting equipment, and manually spray on some accessories or irregular parts to ensure product spraying quality.

5. 產(chǎn)品噴涂烘烤完畢后，將產(chǎn)品從輸送線上卸下。

After the product is sprayed and baked, unload it from the
conveyor line.

6. 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)提示，定期對噴漆設備進行脫脂處理，確保設備正常運行。

According to the system prompts, regularly
degrease the painting equipment to ensure its normal operation.

7.對噴漆的材料進行登記管理，填寫相應的記錄，并及時上報需要采買的原材料。

Register and manage the materials used for painting, fill in corresponding records, and promptly report the raw materials that need to be purchased.

8.確保噴漆房區(qū)域符合5S標準（整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養(yǎng)）。

Ensure the spray painting area meets 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
