崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)組織和管理項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的各個(gè)階段的工作，包括設(shè)計(jì)、采購、施工和竣工驗(yàn)收。

2、對(duì)整個(gè)施工進(jìn)行有效的項(xiàng)目管理、進(jìn)度控制、成本控制和質(zhì)量控制。

3、與業(yè)主方、施工單位、業(yè)主委托的其他服務(wù)單位及各政府部門進(jìn)行溝通，使得項(xiàng)目施工符合業(yè)主與政府部門的各項(xiàng)要求。

4、管理工程管理中的各項(xiàng)合同，技術(shù)與商務(wù)等方面的關(guān)系。

5、 高效的組織所有現(xiàn)場工作，協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場各承包商的施工活動(dòng)和各類材料設(shè)備的采購與供應(yīng)。

6、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)卓有成效的完成各項(xiàng)工作。

7、完成并提供各類重要的報(bào)告與文件。

Roles and Responsibilities

1、Organize and manage all phases of project execution including design, procurement, construction and handover.

2、Take overall control of EHS management as well as quality, cost and schedule control.

3、Communicate and coordinate with client, construction contractors, other service providers and governmental authorities and guarantee the success of project execution.

4、Manage the technical and commercial aspects of all contracts.

5、Organize and management of all on site activities, coordinate the construction of all contractors and equipment/material delivery.

6、Lead the project team to fulfill all project management responsibilities.

7、Prepare and submit weekly report, monthly report etc.

任職資格：

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，土木/結(jié)構(gòu)、巖土工程專業(yè)。

2、10年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3、國際工程項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

4、熟悉本專業(yè)的各類設(shè)計(jì)和施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范。

5、熟悉招投標(biāo)技術(shù)管理流程，并有成功案例。

6、良好的計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和人際溝通能力,具備服務(wù)意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；

7、能夠承受較強(qiáng)的工作壓力。

8、良好的英語和計(jì)算機(jī)能力，良好的工作報(bào)告能力。

Qualification:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in civil、structural、geotechnical engineering.

2、10 years of project management experience.

3、International project experience is a plus.

4、Familiar with the design and construction inspection code and standards.

5、Familiar with bidding/tendering process.

6、Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player.

7、Can work under pressure.

8、Good command of English and computer skills, good report and presentation capability.
