安全管理職業(yè)健康管理環(huán)境工程
主要職責(zé)和活動(dòng)Key Accountabilities
1. 協(xié)助HSE經(jīng)理制定HSE政策和相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)方針和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工具，保證其在各部門正確傳達(dá)并被執(zhí)行Support HSE manager to define the HSE policy and strategies, and ensure its implementation by cooperating with all the functions involved at local level and by helping define guidelines and standard tools.
2. 與HR及內(nèi)訓(xùn)師配合，開展組織內(nèi)成員HSE 相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，提高員工HSE 意識(shí)Promote the HSE mindset by identifying the needed training activities (cooperating with HR and with internal trainers).
3. 進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)HSE風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施On the basis of the Risk Assessment results, cooperate in defining the improvement projects to be proposed to the management.
4. 對(duì)安全事故、事件進(jìn)行深入分析，提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施 deep analysis on accident/incident , propose action plan
5. 需要時(shí)，向組織內(nèi)部成員提供HSE 相關(guān)政策咨詢 whenever needed, provide HSE policy explanation to internal employees
6. 配合HSE 經(jīng)理，開展與崗位相關(guān)的其他工作 support HSE Manager for other relevant job related to position
