Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
Suppliers and Database: Create and maintain a comprehensive
database of contractors from the ground up, ensuring all relevant information
is accurately recorded and easily accessible. Establish and maintain
relationships with contractors and service providers to optimize operational
efficiency. Collaborate with shipping lines to manage quotation, to place
bookings and daily coordinate maritime logistics.
Quotation: Prepare and manage quotations for client/sales
requests, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of quotes to meet

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and with
cross-functional teams.
Receive and process requests from clients and stakeholders,
ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Work closely with
cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with
suppliers/clients ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company
policies.
Order Placement: Receive orders from clients and coordinate with
contractors to place orders effectively, ensuring timely fulfillment and
delivery.
Operational: Daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth logistics
processes. Handle operational tasks including order processing, order placement
with contractors, and tracking deliveries.
Customer Service: Act as the contact point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.
Invoice Monitoring: Monitor the accuracy of invoices submitted to
the finance department, ensuring that all billing aligns with contracted terms
and services rendered.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational performance
metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry
regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and
service delivery.
任職資格
Qualifications:
硬技能 Hard Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operation in forwarding
company with international and domestics transportation experience via
different mode of transportation.
Educational background focused on Logistics.
Strong awareness of shipping lines/ their routes.
Supplier’s database (different mode of transport).
Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance standards.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management.
Fluent in English.
