Responsibilities: 工作職責(zé): 1.Conduct salary calculations and payment for all the employees, as well as social insurance, housing fund and individual tax, make sure the payment is on time and accurate. 執(zhí)行工資計(jì)算和付款,包括社保,公積金和個(gè)稅的處理,確保其及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確。 2.Communicate and collaborate with site HRBP/recruiting for payroll relevant data transfer. 和HRBP、招聘同事溝通協(xié)調(diào)薪資相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)傳遞。 3.Provide monthly payroll reports and ad-hoc data for internal stakeholders on time and accurately. 提供及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的月度薪資相關(guān)報(bào)告給內(nèi)部相關(guān)方。 4.Communication/explanation with employees on payroll calculation and payment inquiries. 和員工溝通解釋薪資計(jì)算和發(fā)放相關(guān)問(wèn)題。 5.Seek continuous improvement in payroll function, including but not limited to HR internal payroll process, payroll operation efficiency, HRIS payroll module optimization and SI vendor management. 尋求薪資方面的持續(xù)優(yōu)化改善,包括但不限于HR內(nèi)部薪資流程,薪資運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,HRIS薪資模塊優(yōu)化和社保供應(yīng)商管理。 6.Collaborate with HR BP to perform annual budget and monthly forecast analysis. 協(xié)助HR BP完成年度預(yù)算和月度預(yù)測(cè)分析。 7.Assist HR BP with internal and external audits, provide necessary documentation and support. 協(xié)助HR BP內(nèi)外部審核,提供相應(yīng)文件和支持。 8.Responsible for government talents and benefits subsidy application and follow-up. 負(fù)責(zé)地方政府人才政策和薪酬福利等相關(guān)補(bǔ)貼的申請(qǐng)和跟進(jìn)。 9.Support related projects and other ad-hoc programs where necessary. 支持部門內(nèi)其他相關(guān)項(xiàng)目。 10.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 關(guān)注和薪資相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),持續(xù)確保薪資相關(guān)內(nèi)容的合規(guī)性。 11.Other tasks appointed by reporting managers. 上司安排的其他工作任務(wù)。 任職要求: 1.Bachelor degree with 3 years relevant experience in payroll and benefits management, experience in HRSSC is preferred. 本科學(xué)歷,至少3年薪資福利工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有HRSSC經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 2.Good command of MS office especially for Excel and Power Point, familiar with HRIS system. 熟練掌握Excel和PPT,熟悉HR系統(tǒng)。 3.Experience with vendor management. 有供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 4.Experience with process continuous improvement. 有持續(xù)優(yōu)化流程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 5.Basic English reading&writing. 基本英語(yǔ)讀寫能力。 6.Willing to develop career in HRSSC. 愿意在HRSSC領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。
