- Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction;
收集和反饋客戶的需求和期望,并積極響應(yīng),提高客戶滿意度;
- Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required;
記錄和填寫服務(wù)情況報告,保存完整,滿足公司要求;
- Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR;
幫助申請與收回到期款項(xiàng), 減少客戶欠款;
- Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards;
及時,準(zhǔn)確的回報工時和回召,滿足工時和回召上傳標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
- Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor;
完成上級臨時安排的其他任務(wù);
- Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work, promptly report all accidents, Safety incidents and unsafe conditions.
- 在工作中嚴(yán)格遵守公司的安全操作程序,積極上報險肇事故;
