崗位職責(zé): 1. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況,制定、落地年度/季度/月度等教育培訓(xùn)計劃; 2. 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計、落地培訓(xùn)項目和教育培訓(xùn)活動,確保會員更新率及銷售達成率; 3. 負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)域內(nèi)課程開發(fā)與設(shè)計,包括但不限于新零售、產(chǎn)品介紹、技能傳授等; 4. 負(fù)責(zé)管理本區(qū)域內(nèi)課程講授; 5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他事項。 崗位要求: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷; 2. 精通印地語、中文; 3. 喜愛培訓(xùn)行業(yè); 4. 擁有突出的邏輯能力; 5. 優(yōu)秀的表達能力。 注意:在中國天津總部培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)3-6個月,后期,根據(jù)個人意愿和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要前往海外分公司任職 Job responsibilities: 1. Formulated and implemented annual/quarterly/monthly education and training plans according to business development; 2. Responsible for the design, landing training programs and education training activities to ensure the membership renewal rate and sales achievement rate; 3. Responsible for course development and design in the region, including but not limited to new retail, product introduction, skill teaching, etc.; 4. Responsible for managing the teaching of courses in the region; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Proficient in Hindi and Chinese; 3. Love the training industry; 4. Have outstanding logic ability; 5. Excellent presentation skills. PS:3-6 months of training at the headquarters in Tianjin, China. Later, I will go to overseas branches according to my personal wishes and business development needs
