Tasks:

● Installation of electronic systems and equipment (Audio / Video System, CIDS …)

● Installation of all kind of cable harnesses in the aircraft incl. connection of connectors and terminal blocks

● Work on connected electrical systems

● Performance and support of trouble shooting and system tests and elimination of the defects

● Independent performance of operations according to work orders and respective design documents

● Teach and train the new colleagues in all aspects of the work

Requirements:

● Completed vocational training (electrical fitter) and extremely good knowledge of all electrical aircraft systems

● High degree of team and cooperation ability

● High degree of flexibility, learning ability

● Capability to teach and train technical content

● Intercultural interest and skills and comfortable in an international environment

● Fluently English language written and spoken

● Ability to work and live under high pressure in China

● Autonomous

● Minimum of 7 years field experience in this area

AFTER WORK PROCESS

Use IT- system applications on computer Perform shop floor documents

PRE- QUALIFICATIONS

? To produce all kinds of screwed connections

? Installation of all kind of screwed and riveted brackets (except ATA 92)

? securing screwed connections

? tightening screwed connections

Key activities:

? Installation and Assembly of structural or system components under sometimes very difficult conditions and with an extremely high accuracy

? Independent performance of operations according to work orders and respective design documents and process specifications

Generic requirement:

Technical secondary school or above.

Health condition allowing the following exposition:

1. Working under noise conditions > 85Dez. G20

2. Working in small rooms

3. Working with heavy tools and difficult static positions

4. without spine and knee problems

5. Eyes inspection

6. Working on platforms and Ladder

7. No criminal records

Key capabilities & Skills:

? Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, tools, and materials used in the metal working and automobile mechanic.

? Industry safety practices and procedures.
