Profile
? Relevant education and work experience in the field of machinery manufacturing / engineering / management
? More than 5 years of work experience as production manager / head of production, preferable in machinery manufacturing
? Technical understanding and in-depth knowledge in manufacturing / production processes
? Confident and friendly communication with colleagues and employees
? Goal-oriented way of working and strong ability to analyze problems and find solutions
? Very good written and spoken Chinese and English skills, German is advantageous but not mandatory?
