Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual assistant to join our team to assist in the day-to-day communication and transaction handling between company leaders and Chinese employees and suppliers. This position also requires occasional travel to visit supplier factories. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist company leaders in day-to-day communication and coordination with Chinese teams and suppliers.
• Handle daily affairs and ensure the smooth progress of various tasks.
• Participate in the inspection and on-site communication of the supplier's factory.
• Write and translate meeting minutes, reports and other relevant documents.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English and Chinese, with strong oral communication skills.
• Good presentation skills, teamwork skills and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, careful and responsible, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Passionate about multicultural communication and able to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment.
• Have a certain willingness to travel and be able to adapt to flexible arrangements at work.
• Relevant work experience is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also considered.
