As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Ops Specialist tosupport our operational activities in Shenzhen.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Ops Specialist to manage various operational tasks, including inventory, purchase orders (PO), contracts, and payments. The role will also involve coordinating order fulfillment, handling logistics and customs, and keeping systems updated.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory, PO, and Contract Management:

1.1 Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.

1.2 Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and contracts, ensuring they are properlfiled and accessible.

1.3 Assist in payment management, tracking invoices, and ensuring timely settlements.

2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics:

2.1 Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders.

2.2 Handle customer procedures and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

2.3 Track order fulfillment and provide regular updates to the internal team and customers.

3. Process Optimization:

3.1 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in operational processes.

3.2 Support senior team members by taking on additional administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, international logistic, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in operations, international logistics, or a related role.

3. Familiarity with inventory management, international logistics, and customs handling is a plus.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is preferred.

7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
