一、崗位職責(zé)
(1)負責(zé)日常詢價,發(fā)送產(chǎn)品需求給供應(yīng)商并及時收集報價,并發(fā)送至國外相關(guān)采購助理;
(2)對接供應(yīng)商處理任何突發(fā)情況,庫存變動,交期變動等等,并通知到國外相關(guān)采購助理;(3) 協(xié)助采購經(jīng)理進行采購成本的分析和控制。
(4) 尋找并篩選供應(yīng)商,撰寫采購合同。
(5)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他臨時工作
二、任職要求
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,2年以上外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)/采購/外貿(mào)跟單工作經(jīng)驗;
2. 必須具備一定英語口語和讀寫能力,英語&中文的雙語工作環(huán)境;
3. 要求熟練使用office軟件如word,excel,PDF等;能識別PI、CI、PL等文件。
4. 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng),熟練操作電腦辦公軟件;
5. 脾氣性格平和,學(xué)習(xí)能力強,反應(yīng)迅速,能應(yīng)對可能的突發(fā)情況
Job responsibilities
(1) Responsible for daily inquiries,sending product requirements to suppliers and collecting quotations in a timely manner, and sending them to relevant foreign procurement assistants;
(2)Coordinate with suppliers to handle any unexpected situations, inventory
changes, delivery time changes, etc., and notify relevant foreign procurement
assistants;
(3) Assist the procurement manager inanalyzing and controlling procurement costs.
(4) Search and screen suppliers, and write procurement contracts.
(5) Other temporary tasks assigned by the leadership
II. Job requirements
1. College degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in foreign trade business/procurement experiences;
2. Must have certain English speaking and reading and writing abilities, we have a bilingual working environment in both English and Chinese;
3. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PDF, etc; Can recognize files such as PI, CI, PL, etc.
4. Familiar with ERP systems and proficient in operating computer office software;
5. With a calm temperament, strong learning ability, quick response, and the ability to deal with possible emergencies.
