Responsibilities:

- well received booking order by shipper, agents and customers in overseas.

- Liaise between customers and sales/ shipping liner for booking.
- Contact local agents, exporters, customs brokers, warehouse, trucks, overseas agents
- Booking management, arrange booking confirmation to shipper and agents in overseas
- Arrang B/L issuing with shipping agent and handling B/L modification.
- issuing invoice and send to customers both shipping and logistics expenses.
- Reporting shipping performance to HQ by weekly and monthly.


Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in logistics, business management
- at least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service for logistics & freight forwarder
- Good English communication skills
- Using Microsoft Office and relevant programs
