C端用戶線上活動(dòng)用戶增長
崗位職責(zé)
負(fù)責(zé)餐飲品牌方在京東，美團(tuán)，餓了么平臺(tái)的活動(dòng)配置工作。與市場(chǎng)部，后臺(tái)配置團(tuán)隊(duì)、各供應(yīng)商團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行密切配合，保證線上營銷活動(dòng)高效精準(zhǔn)落地。職責(zé)包括:
? 根據(jù)Campaign時(shí)間，提前規(guī)劃好各節(jié)點(diǎn)事項(xiàng)與跟進(jìn)，有組織和統(tǒng)籌相關(guān)Campaign會(huì)議的能力，協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)收集整理文檔和資料
? 根據(jù)Leader安排，接受市場(chǎng)部Brief的需求，整理活動(dòng)需求申請(qǐng)表，并將需求通過Campaign Management系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確傳遞給各供應(yīng)商配置活動(dòng)。
? 作為活動(dòng)營運(yùn)支持專員，負(fù)責(zé)分析市場(chǎng)部需求，理解業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)期，精準(zhǔn)完成分配的任務(wù)，保證每個(gè)活動(dòng)順利完成。
? 監(jiān)督/跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商活動(dòng)配置，及時(shí)跟蹤和修復(fù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，并將功能性問題記錄并匯報(bào)。待供應(yīng)商完成活動(dòng)Lab Review后，根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的Brief需求完成QA檢查，再提交組織驗(yàn)收測(cè)試
? 協(xié)助支持日常運(yùn)營的其它需求
崗位要求:
2年以上O2O平臺(tái)活動(dòng)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)（京東，美團(tuán)，餓了么 商家后臺(tái)配置工作)。具備餐飲品牌運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
? 有項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的能力
? IT相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷
? 良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，樂觀外向，抗壓能力強(qiáng)
? 熟練使用Excel、PPT等Office軟件
