The purpose of this position is to promote the sales of travel insurance value-added services and assistance service products by expanding business cooperation and deepening customer relationships, thereby driving the company's business growth and increasing market share.

Job Duties/Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
1. Responsible for expanding channels for travel insurance value-added and assistance services, developing new insurance company clients and distribution channel clients, including brokerage firms and insurtech platforms, according to the service fee assessment targets and business development needs set by the company, to achieve the implementation of cooperation with relevant clients.
負(fù)責(zé)拓展旅行保險增值及援助服務(wù)的渠道,根據(jù)公司設(shè)定的服務(wù)費(fèi)考核目標(biāo)和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求,開發(fā)新的保險公司客戶和分銷渠道客戶,包括經(jīng)紀(jì)公司、保險科技平臺等,以實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)客戶合作的落地;
2. Conduct in-depth research on the frontline operational scenarios of different customers regarding value-added services and assistance services in travel insurance, extract their differentiated needs and pain points, and provide targeted service solutions.
深入調(diào)研不同客戶在旅行保險增值服務(wù)及援助服務(wù)方面的一線作業(yè)場景,提煉其差異化需求和痛點(diǎn),輸出有針對性的服務(wù)解決方案;
3.After reaching a cooperation with the client, collaborate with the company's product and operations departments to implement the promised service solutions through measures such as training and service process optimization, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the continuous output of annual service fees and improve customer renewal rates.
在與客戶達(dá)成合作后,協(xié)同公司產(chǎn)品和運(yùn)營部門,通過培訓(xùn)和服務(wù)流程優(yōu)化等措施,落實(shí)承諾的服務(wù)解決方案,提升客戶滿意度,以促進(jìn)年度服務(wù)費(fèi)的持續(xù)產(chǎn)出和提高客戶續(xù)約率;
4.Deepen and innovate the cooperation model of travel insurance value-added services and assistance services, conduct in-depth analysis of the needs of different groups and scenarios, combine market development trends, explore more potential customer needs based on existing cooperative business, and innovate more valuable customer cooperation models.
主導(dǎo)旅行保險增值服務(wù)及援助服務(wù)合作模式的深化與創(chuàng)新,深入分析不同人群和場景的需求,結(jié)合市場發(fā)展趨勢,在現(xiàn)有合作業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)上,挖掘客戶更多潛在需求,創(chuàng)新更多有價值的客戶合作模式;
5.Monitor business risks and quality, strictly manage the profits and cash flow of cooperative projects to ensure the company's compliance and sustainable business development.
監(jiān)控業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險和品質(zhì),嚴(yán)格管理合作項(xiàng)目的利潤和現(xiàn)金流,以確保公司合規(guī)和業(yè)務(wù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展;
6.Completing other matters and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements 要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, majors in economics, finance or insurance is preferred.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)/金融學(xué)/保險等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.More than 1 year of experience in selling insurance products and rescue services, familiar with brokerage companies, insurtech platforms, and travel platforms, priority will be given to those with travel insurance business channel resources.
1年及以上保險產(chǎn)品及救援服務(wù)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉經(jīng)紀(jì)公司、保險科技平臺及旅行平臺,優(yōu)先考慮具備旅行險業(yè)務(wù)渠道資源者。
3.Proficient in Office software
熟練掌握Office辦公軟件。
4.Good at sales channel development, good business communication and negotiation skills.
擅長渠道拓展、具有良好的商務(wù)溝通和談判能力;
5. Integrity, can work under pressure, like to challenge and problem solving, result oriented.
