崗位職責(zé)：
Lead student teams in national/international innovation competitions (e.g., "Internet+", Challenge Cup) and provide technical commercialization guidance.
Design innovation courses and mentor students in business plan writing, pitching, and IP strategy.
Connect with industry resources to promote lab.
Other duties assigned by supervisors
帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生團隊參加國際創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)競賽（如"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"、挑戰(zhàn)杯），提供技術(shù)商業(yè)化指導(dǎo)
輔導(dǎo)商業(yè)計劃書撰寫、路演、專利業(yè)務(wù)對接與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)布局
對接產(chǎn)業(yè)資源，推動實驗室成果孵化與初創(chuàng)企業(yè)落地
上級安排的其他工作
任職要求：
Educational background: Master's degree or rich experience in innovation competition.
Major: STEM or business background
Language preference: Good command of English
Others:
1. Familiar with AI technology transfer; prior successful incubation cases preferred
2. Excellent communication and resource integration skills
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
