Job Responsibilities(崗位職責(zé)):
1.Product Sourcing & Supplier Management(產(chǎn)品選品與供應(yīng)商管理):
l Conduct market demand research to find product suppliers that meet the requirements
l .Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.
l Conduct regular factory visits and supplier audits to uphold production standards.
- 根據(jù)市場(chǎng)需求調(diào)研,尋找符合要求的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商。
- 建立并維護(hù)良好的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系,以確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、價(jià)格具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力且交貨及時(shí)。
- 定期進(jìn)行工廠(chǎng)實(shí)地考察和供應(yīng)商審核,以維持生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2.Product Development & Cost Optimization( 產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)與成本優(yōu)化):
l Each month, formulate product development plans that align with the company's goals and the market demands of North America and Europe through various research methods. Also, provide detailed justifications for product development, with a primary focus on the markets in Mexico, the United States, and Spain.
l Timely understand and grasp the trends and demands of the industrial technology market, seek market opportunities, and develop products that meet market needs.
l Maintain close communication with suppliers to obtain their R & D information and new product information in a timely manner.
l Explore manufacturability by mapping value/cost opportunities and their impact on the product design.
l Collaborate with marketing teams to align product strategies with consumer preferences.

Job Requirements(任職要求):
l A bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, electronic engineering, or a related field.
l Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in developing Gaming PC peripheral products. Preference will be given to those with experience in developing gaming computer cases and monitors.
l Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to use it as a working language. A CET - 4 certificate or above, or overseas study experience is required.
l Strong self - management skills, self - discipline, innovative thinking, and reliability.
