About the role:

As a warehouse specialist, you will be responsible for handling the communication with third-party warehouse service providers about the inbound and outbound of goods, and preparing the corresponding warehousing documents. Communicate with the truck team ensure that the goods are delivered to the warehouse on time and in quantity. Regularly reconcile in-stock inventory with third-party warehouses. And be part of all other warehouse related operational aspects and tasks. Work closely with our order management and shipping / export department

Job Responsiblities 工作職責(zé)：

- Communicate with the third-party warehouse for inbound, and make inbound docs and maintain / follow up booking in ERP to under the documents of the company's order and logistics department.

- Inform and supervise the third-party warehouse for tallying, picking, sorting, packing, palletizing and other matters to match the shipping requirement；

- Notify the third-party warehouse to make outbound preparations, provide shipping docs, and make outbound docs under the instructions；

- Do a good job in vehicle scheduling, arrange trucks to pick up goods at the factory, and ensure that the number of products is correct and arrive at the warehouse in time under the shipping arrangement;

- Give correct instructions to the warehouse, and regularly check with the warehouse to check the situation of the goods in the warehouse;

- Reconcile bills from third-party warehouses and fleets;

- Responsible for the custody and archiving of relevant documents;

根據(jù)公司訂單和物流部的文件，針對(duì)要入庫的產(chǎn)品與第三方外包倉庫進(jìn)行貨物入倉溝通，制作入倉單，核對(duì)入庫；

根據(jù)出運(yùn)要求，通知并監(jiān)督第三方倉庫的理貨、揀貨、分貨、包裝、打托等事宜；

按指令通知第三方倉庫做出運(yùn)準(zhǔn)備，提供出運(yùn)資料，制作出倉單，核對(duì)出庫；

根據(jù)出運(yùn)安排，做好車輛調(diào)度工作，安排卡車去到工廠提貨，確保產(chǎn)品數(shù)量無誤且及時(shí)到庫；

下達(dá)正確的指令給倉庫，定期與第三方倉庫盤點(diǎn)核實(shí)在倉物品情況；

核對(duì)第三方倉庫與車隊(duì)的賬單；

負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)單證的保管與存檔；

Job Requirement崗位要求：

- College degree or above, major in logistics, transportation, warehousing and other related majors;

- More than 3 years of international logistics work experience, more than 1 year of warehouse work experience;

- Familiar with vehicle arrangement, warehouse in and out, inventory and other work;

- Experienced in cooperation and daily operation with 3PL warehouses and being familiar with the communication, the processes and haw to run daily business with an external warehouse service provider;

- Good data analysis and problem-solving skills;

- Advantage working in trading company and/or buying office;

- Warehouse management experience related to the integration of warehousing and distribution is preferred;

- Experience in bonded warehouse operation is preferred;

- Good cross-departmental communication skills；

- Familiar with office software；

- Good English reading and writing skills；

- Be dedicated, rigorous, and careful at work, and has strong sense of responsibility；

大專以上學(xué)歷，物流、運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

3年以上物流崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，1年以上倉庫崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

熟悉車輛安排、倉庫進(jìn)出庫、盤點(diǎn)等工作；

具備有與倉庫的合作和日常運(yùn)營方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉與外部倉庫服務(wù)提供商的溝通，流程和日常業(yè)務(wù)；

具有一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析和解決問題的能力；

有貿(mào)易公司或者跨國采購辦事處物流部經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

倉配一體相關(guān)的倉儲(chǔ)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮；

有保稅倉操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

良好的跨部門溝通能力；

熟練應(yīng)用辦公室軟件；

良好的英文讀寫能力；

敬業(yè)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)踏實(shí)、工作仔細(xì)認(rèn)真；
