About this role: As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling daily receipts and expenditures, handling simple tax as well as banking issues. Analyze and research financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide financial information to superiors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage to oversee the comprehensive of the company's export tax refund operations, including tax refund declarations, data preparation, and monitoring of tax refund progress.
2. Prepare and process all relevant documentation.
3. Possess a thorough understanding of national export tax rebate policies to ensure compliance and efficiency in the company’s tax rebate activities.
4. Maintain effective communication with customs authorities, the tax bureau, and other pertinent departments to promptly address any issues encountered during the tax refund process.
5. Assist in completing additional financial and taxation-related tasks as required.

1、負責公司出口退稅業(yè)務的全面管理，包括退稅申報、資料準備、跟進退稅進度等。

2、相關單證的制作和處理。

3、熟悉并掌握國家出口退稅政策, 確保公司退稅工作合規(guī)、高效進行。

4、與海關、稅務局等相關部門保持良好溝通，及時解決退稅過程中遇到的問題。

5、協(xié)助完成其他與財務、稅務相關的工作。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related.
2. Minimum 2 years of tax rebate accounting or related work experience, familiar with the export tax rebate operation process.
3. Proficient in national tax regulations and export tax rebate policies, with good tax planning ability.
4. Ability with good data analysis and the use of Excel and other office software for data processing skill
5. Strong sense of responsibility, careful work, with good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.

1、本科及以上學歷，財務、會計或相關專業(yè)背景。

2、至少2年以上退稅會計或相關工作經驗，熟悉出口退稅操作流程。

3、精通國家稅收法規(guī)及出口退稅政策，具備良好的稅務籌劃能力。

4、具備良好的數(shù)據分析能力，能熟練使用Excel等辦公軟件進行數(shù)據處理。

5、責任心強，工作細致認真，具備良好的溝通協(xié)調能力和團隊合作精神。
