職位描述

電氣設(shè)備裝配設(shè)備

崗位職責(zé):


1、 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品ID結(jié)構(gòu)的可行性分析,并進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評估和輸出解決方案;


2、 切合產(chǎn)品外觀ID,對結(jié)構(gòu)功能,使用體驗,電子要求,可靠性要求,完成3D建模,獨立承擔(dān)整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,最終結(jié)構(gòu)方案的確認(rèn);


3、 跟進(jìn)項目從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,手板確認(rèn),開模打樣,簽樣試產(chǎn),量產(chǎn)等各環(huán)節(jié),解決過程中的異常問題點;負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)裝配的指導(dǎo),提供現(xiàn)場技術(shù)支持,對產(chǎn)線裝配能夠提出優(yōu)化建議。產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)全程跟進(jìn),優(yōu)化;主導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu),開模,修模,試產(chǎn)等各環(huán)節(jié)檢討會議;全程跟進(jìn)開模,修模過程,對開模,修模提出技術(shù)幫助;


4、 輸出產(chǎn)品相關(guān)技術(shù)資料:3D圖,零件圖,爆炸圖,BOM表,測試報告,專利申請交底書等;


5、 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品樣件制作,協(xié)助解決量產(chǎn)前產(chǎn)品技術(shù)問題,對產(chǎn)品持續(xù)優(yōu)化,改進(jìn)設(shè)計方案,協(xié)助進(jìn)行客訴處理等。


6、 能盡職盡責(zé)的完成上級交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。



任職要求:


1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械設(shè)計,機(jī)電一體化,模具設(shè)計或其他機(jī)電類相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè);


2. 精通Cero,Pro/e,CAD等繪圖軟件,熟悉3D建模,與曲面造型;熟練使用office辦公軟件


3. 對充電槍類產(chǎn)品比較了解,熟悉充電槍可靠性測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn),及測試失效處理方案;


4. 熟悉常用的五金,塑料的材料特性、表面工藝及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求;熟悉注塑,鈑金,鑄造,型材等模具工藝;


5. 對新能源充電槍或者電源類產(chǎn)品有開發(fā)經(jīng)驗經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;


6. 做事細(xì)心,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險并及時解決;


7. 善于溝通,有強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊合作意識,具備分析和解決問題的能力,思路開闊,勇于創(chuàng)新,動手能力強(qiáng),對同事可以提供技術(shù)幫助,相處融洽,能主動融入團(tuán)隊。
