PURPOSE:
This is a development sales position within the TPWEAR Company, reporting to Sales Manager /Director China. The incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue. His key activities will directly contribute to sales growth; marketing development and distribution channel development for the Heavy industrial markets in the East China territory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum University/College Entrance or equivalent

Relevant working experience in Incineration industry&veterans is preferred
有垃圾發(fā)電行業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷或退伍軍人優(yōu)先
Mechanical aptitude essential
具備機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)
Minimum 3 years demonstrated sales experience. Strong experience in channel and end-users sales.
至少有3 年以上的從事渠道和直銷的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum 3 years sales & Marketing experience in Heavy duty industry (Coal Fired power plant /Cement/Steel/Mine industry/Incineration plant).
具有面向礦業(yè)、水泥、火電廠、鋼鐵、垃圾發(fā)電客戶,具有3年以上銷售市場工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Being familiar with mining, cement, power, steel, incinerate, Wear Protection and Anti-corrosive Market is preferred
熟悉礦業(yè),水泥,火電廠,鋼鐵,垃圾發(fā)電行業(yè),并對(duì)耐磨保護(hù)及防腐其市場有良好認(rèn)識(shí)者優(yōu)先;
Marketing skills an advantage
良好的市場開發(fā)技能及悟性
Advanced inter-personal, negotiation and planning skills
善于人際關(guān)系處理、協(xié)調(diào)和規(guī)劃技能
Successful Time & Territory planning experience vital.
成功的時(shí)間管理和區(qū)域規(guī)劃經(jīng)歷及能力,非常重要
High degree of PC literacy very important.

To conduct competent product demonstrations and installations as needed for promotions or sales purposes.
進(jìn)行以銷售為目的的產(chǎn)品宣講和產(chǎn)品演示操作相關(guān)活動(dòng)
Provide records showing regular calling upon and regular training of customer base.(information questionnaire& cost-benefit analysis)
基于單個(gè)客戶拜訪和產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn),按時(shí)提交工作進(jìn)程報(bào)告(信息調(diào)查表&價(jià)值分析報(bào)告)
Optimum of 30 calls per month
每月不少于30次的客戶拜訪
Monthly Territory Report with Quarterly OKR Review
每月提供區(qū)域銷售工作報(bào)表,每季度OKR回顧
Make competent product demonstrations and install DEMOS as needed to produce samples for promoting/selling the product offering.
根據(jù)需要制作銷售工作所需的樣品,安裝測試打樣相關(guān)的制作及演示
Participate Sales and Marketing meeting Regularly
參加定期的市場和銷售會(huì)議
Meet annual territory expense budget and submit expense reports and claims as required by Finance department.
不超支區(qū)域費(fèi)用預(yù)算,根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)部要求遞交費(fèi)用報(bào)銷
Ratio of expenses to sales & operating profit
銷售和營業(yè)利潤比例
Maintenance and use of company property in line with stated policy
維護(hù)和遵守公司財(cái)產(chǎn)政策
