負責學校品牌傳播視頻創(chuàng)意策劃、腳本撰寫、拍攝、剪輯制作，應(yīng)用媒介包括但不限于微信、微博、網(wǎng)站、抖音、小紅書、Linkedin等；
? Optimising works based on the effect of each video in different new media, including collecting & analysing data, be responsible for ROI.
針對視頻發(fā)布的效果數(shù)據(jù)進行調(diào)整優(yōu)化，對視頻發(fā)布效果ROI負責；
? Build brand video material pool with collecting, shooting, organising, editing all the images of company developing moments.
學校發(fā)展視頻素材（日常及大事件等）采集、整理、創(chuàng)意剪輯、留存，形成穩(wěn)定的品牌素材資料庫；
? Supervising or collaborating with the third party when the big project is taking place.
當大的視頻創(chuàng)作和拍攝項目開展時，能夠清楚地指導第三方合作方。
? Keen on short video industry. Deeply research demand of targeted clients. Regularly analyse, summarize and optimise video operation strategy;
關(guān)注短視頻行業(yè)動向，深入研究目標受眾品味以及需求，定期綜合分析，優(yōu)化相應(yīng)運營策略；
? Occasionally interview interviewees such as students, parents, counselors, admissions officers, etc;
必要的情況下，獨立采訪受訪者比如學生、家長、顧問、老師、招生官等。
Candidate Requirement & Skills 任職要求
? Bachelor degree or above, major in movie director or media is preferred
本科及以上學歷，導演、編導、傳媒等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
? Experience in education or overseas study industry is preferred. Ability to read and write English is preferred;
有教育、海外留學行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，具有英文讀寫能力者優(yōu)先;
? Creative, rich imagination, ability to output a steady stream of novel ideas.
