工作職責(zé)：1. 針對(duì)公司每個(gè)訂單，到生產(chǎn)工廠進(jìn)行相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工序檢測(cè)工作。
2. 根據(jù)客戶要求及相關(guān)流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)格把關(guān)發(fā)貨前（初期，中期，尾期）驗(yàn)貨，確保貨物品檢、包裝、發(fā)貨裝箱達(dá)標(biāo)、發(fā)貨等各環(huán)節(jié)執(zhí)行無誤。
3. 對(duì)貨物的狀況作出準(zhǔn)確的判斷，并完成相應(yīng)的驗(yàn)貨報(bào)告及時(shí)發(fā)送給公司。
4. 發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品問題，提出處理建議，對(duì)于潛在問題予以匯報(bào)與提出預(yù)防方法。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試與分析，并根據(jù)測(cè)試異常問題向工廠提出改善要求。
6. 完成上級(jí)指派的其他工作任務(wù)。
1. Perform product related inspections according to the purchase order at the manufacturing site.
2. Strictly monitor and control the quality according to customer’s requirement and related process standards before ship to ensure the quality, packing, marking and shipping are within specs.
3. Make an accurate judgment based on the inspection result, complete the corresponding inspection report and report to the company promptly.
4. Find out quality problem, provide solutions, report on potential problems, and provide preventative actions.
5. Responsible for product testing, analysis and propose improvement based on the test results.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
1. 3 years + QC related experience, able to travel, work well under pressure.
2. Familiar with packaging products, cosmetic packaging industry, production process and quality requirements.
3. Familiar with AQL inspection.
4. Good work ethics,responsible, have the experience and ability to report and resolve problems on the spot.
5. Good English skill, able to write email and report in English.
6. Follow instructions,strong implementation and able to adapt high intensity and fast paced working environment.
任職要求：
1. 有3年以上QC相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能適應(yīng)出差; 具有一定的抗壓性。
2. 熟悉日化用品，化妝品包材行業(yè)，生產(chǎn)工藝和品質(zhì)要求。
3. 具備一定塑料工程知識(shí)， 擁有一定的塑料產(chǎn)品加工工藝。
4. 熟悉驗(yàn)貨AQL知識(shí)與能力。
5. 工作品德優(yōu)良, 認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決匯報(bào)并解決問題的能力和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6. 懂英文，所有QC報(bào)告和郵件需要用英文書寫。
7. 服從能力高，執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng)，能適應(yīng)高強(qiáng)度及快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境。
