工作內(nèi)容：

• 市場分析： 運用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，洞察市場行情，撰寫策略報告，為關(guān)鍵客戶（KA）提供寶貴建議。
• 策略制定： 根據(jù)客戶需求，靈活調(diào)整系統(tǒng)參數(shù)，執(zhí)行交易策略，確?？蛻魸M意度。
• 市場支持： 與市場部門緊密協(xié)作，參與撰寫pitchbook，助力市場推廣。

薪資待遇：

Job Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor market trends, draft strategy reports, and provide valuable insights to key accounts (KA).
• Strategy Development: Adjust system parameters flexibly based on client needs, execute trading strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing department to contribute to the creation of pitchbooks and support promotional efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong Responsibility: Demonstrates a serious and responsible attitude towards work.
• Fluent in English: Excellent English communication skills, capable of conducting meetings with clients seamlessly.
• Eagerness to Learn: Previous experience in secondary market research, consulting, or securities research is not mandatory, as professional training will be provided.
• Proficient Skills: Skilled in using PPT, Excel, and other office software to enhance work efficiency.
• Proactive Attitude: Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.

Compensation and Benefits:
