崗位職責(zé):
- Analyze existing applications and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Develop and oversee the installation of application.
- Perform tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
- Implement safety procedures and data recovery plans.
- Develop user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals in the development of IT applications.
- Ensure all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
- Monitor the performance and usage of the applications, identify and solve problems, and ensure the optimal operation of the applications.
- Manage application system interfaces to ensure the good integration and interaction of the application with other systems, while ensuring the stability and security of the system interfaces.
- Manage application change control process, including assessing the necessity and priority of change requests, developing change plans, testing and releasing changes.

- Degree in computer science, and/or IT.
- Degree or completed courses in business administration would be advantageous.
- Relevant certification may be required.
- Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Requires at least 3 years of progressive experience in hospitality or theme park industry and at least 2 years of progressive experience in Ticketing, PMS, Retail, F&B and Supply Chain system maintenance.
- Requires at least 1 year of progressive experience in providing network, hardware, and software support.
- Experience with local area network (LAN) required, wide area network (WAN), VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server and Microsoft365 experiences preferred.
- Must be detail oriented, able to maintain complete, accurate system documentation, manage time productively, and keep records of activities pending and completed.
