Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy:
61 Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the B2B space.
61 Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
61 Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts (in cooperation with BD).
Digital Marketing:
61 Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media (WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
61 Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring regular updates and a mix of technical, industry, and company news.
61 Oversee website localization and optimization in collaboration with HQ, ensuring a consistent brand message across all digital platforms.
61 Design and manage 1688 (or other) webshops, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for B2B customers. Drive e-commerce turnover.
61 Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Offline Marketing:
61 Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions (5-6 per year), seminars, and customer events.
61 Develop and manage company gifts, printed materials, and other promotional items to enhance brand visibility.
61 Coordinate with the sales team to organize events at customer sites, factories, or off-site locations, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Content Creation & Brand Management:
61 Work closely with the sales manager to develop compelling brand content, including case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures.
61 Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, both online and offline.
61 Leverage graphic design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) and AI-generated content tools to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
Reporting & Analysis:
61 Provide regular reports to the General Manager on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI.
61 Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
61 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of successful omni-channel marketing campaigns.
61 Experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing B2B webshops (e.g., 1688), is highly desirable.
61 Technical background or experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
61 Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
61 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign performance and ROI.
61 Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written and visual content for both online and offline channels.
61 Proficient in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva, as well as AI-generated content tools.
61 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
61 Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with a minimum of CET-4 level.
