Define and maintain the design verification test guideline and process verification guidelines for the new project to ensure an excellent
mass production quality performance.
? Lead team to integrate lessons learned into new project and generate lessons learned during project phase.
? Align quality criteria with customer and define internal product quality criteria according to PPAP requirement in cooperation with multi
function project teams to ensure the correct deployment of customer criteria.
? Lead the team on key new project APQP activities, monitor project quality performance, identify quality risks and generate mitigation plan.
? Lead multi-function team to handle customer complaints and quick response to quality issue problem solving via deploying 8D process to
meet customer improvement requirement.
? Responsible for quality audit for project specific process as required internally & externally and follow up the actions till closure.
? Provide training and coaching to quality planning team to ensure the team development in terms of technical skills and soft skills.
? Manage team resources to meet the business planning.
? Complete other related work assigned by superior.
