• managing the relation with some of our clients in relation to accounting/tax/financial services;
• manage the accounting system, bookkeeping and reporting system of some of our clients;
• check ad update finance transactions into our Kingdee system in a timely, accurate and efficient way;
• make sure that monthly and quarter tax report as per local tax regulations and be responsible for the monthly and quarter filing and declaration;
• manage monthly and quarter PRC financial statements preparation in compliance with China GAAP
• liaison with local tax bureau
• assisting the annual audit, and performing the annual tax clearance and annual inspection
• other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, majoring in accounting or finance
• Qualified accountant, with at least 2 years of accounting/fincnacial experience
• familiar with the tax regulations and local tax filing/declaration, especially in VAT and CIT
• Experienced with Kingdee accounting software
• Experience in tax refund procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills, , pro-active and well organized
• Able to work independently
• Good oral and written English
