1. Job Description:
o Responsible for the overall management of the mechanical design team.
o Lead the team to complete the R&D design tasks of mechanical products.
o Develop and optimize design processes to improve efficiency and quality.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
o Keep abreast of the latest mechanical design technologies and industry trends.
2. Basic Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
o At least 5 years of mechanical design experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
o Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc. CATIA preffered
o Good project management and team leadership skills.
o Ability to independently solve complex technical issues.
o Good communication skills and team spirit.
