實(shí)習(xí)職位描述

1、基于數(shù)據(jù)分析、量化建模等工具針對(duì)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行理解和刻畫，解決生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)及其他相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的各種復(fù)雜分析問題，能獨(dú)立完成從方案設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)加工與分析，到結(jié)論展示的整個(gè)流程；

2、對(duì)公司內(nèi)外部數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘，在深入的產(chǎn)品理解與用戶洞察基礎(chǔ)上，提出有實(shí)效的建議，驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)品迭代；

實(shí)習(xí)資格要求

1、本科及以上在讀，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)類、數(shù)據(jù)管理類、數(shù)據(jù)分析類、計(jì)算機(jī)類相關(guān)專業(yè)，2025屆優(yōu)先；

2、具有一定概率統(tǒng)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)，具有數(shù)據(jù)建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3、熟練使用Power BI，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理、分析和可視化呈現(xiàn)；

4、具有較的邏輯思維，能以合適分析框架解決各種問題，批判性思考；

5.有較好的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，在校擔(dān)任社團(tuán)干部或相關(guān)學(xué)生干部?jī)?yōu)先。
