Purpose of Job

Support all marketing & admission
initiatives so to enhance brand awareness and reach student targets.
·
Deliver all marketing initiatives at the
highest standard with appropriate and accurate use of brand materials.
·
Produce a wide range of marketing materials
from new content for publishing online / offline to working with vendors to
produce various design layouts in digital / print formats; all materials
produced are to abide to the brand guideline and at best their best in
representing a Harrow-branded school.
·
Communicate clearly and work effectively
with vendors /partners, provide clear briefing for high standard execution.
·
Events are organised to a rigorous high
standard to ensure the success of marketing enrolment related, home-school retension and on-campus events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the delivery of marketing initiatives
Deliver all marketing initiatives (be it an event, a promotional item or a WeChat
post etc) with the highest standard that best represent Harrow-branded schools.

Initiate and follow through internally or with vendors on production of marketing
initiatives / materials, maintaining high standards and giving clear
instructions and guidance.
Good control of budget. Spend reasonably and follow up with internal finance procedures.
Work with partners with respect and effectiveness.
Enhance high brand awareness
·
Apply brand essence with local market insights, matching targeted audience needs / preference.
·
Being the brand guardian to ensure brand materials are appropriately and accurately
applied.
Identify and look for opportunities to work with partners that match our brand image and with target audience that we can approach through collaboration.
Partnership development
·
Develop the partnership with different brand/institute that matches the Harrow-branded.
·
Organise the marketing, parents’ retention and on-campus events properly, deliver a high standard execution.
·
Partnership announcements are to be approved by marketing manager, Headmaster / Chinese Principal before publishing.
Partnership and content developed needs to match with market needs.
Others
The school shop management and operation with promotion events.
Provide other support assigned by line manager.
Being sensitive and aware of market trend, always welling to learn.
Being flexible and being able to work on weekends (with Time Off-in-Lieu);
Requirements
Minimum Academic Degree required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
communications or other related majors.
Professional skill and knowledge required
Mandatory
Experienced in premium brand events and brand cross events.
Extremely strong written and oral English and Chinese (Putonghua). Strong copywriting skills where content is tailored
for different platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and self-initiated.
Strong organization and coordination skills.
Superb time management skills.
High achievement focused, hands-on approach and go-and-get attitude.
Desired but not mandatory
Experience working in premium brand with high level of aesthetic sense.
Overseas experience.
Experience
Mandatory
3-5 years of experience in marketing, especially
in branding, PR or communications. In-depth understanding in marketing events
with successful cases.
Desired but not mandatory
Experience working in Media or Community
Marketing organization are highly preferred.
Experience working in premium brand with high level of aesthetic sense.
Overseas work / study experience
IT Skills
Mandatory
Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant software and basic skills in using one or more of the following design or video production software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premier, iMovies, Final Cut Pro
Desired but not mandatory
Mac OS savvy (pages, keynotes, numbers)
· Knowledge of school databases
