Duties and Responsibilities Admissions 50% - Manage enquiries to the school via phone, email, visits etc. - Plan and conduct school visits, info mornings etc. - Support and encourage parents through the process - Inform and update parents through the process - Ensure Data Officer has all the required information necessary to ensure data on Isams is accurate and up-to-date - Help in the maintenance of the school’s student databases, ensure relevant data is logged accurately and kept up-to-date - Handle information regarding student withdrawals and references accurately and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept in the loop - To liaise with parents and support the Data Officer in the preparation of studentship and visa support letters - liaise with filing officer and support the filing application during the window time Admissions Assessments 40% - Administer admissions tests to students under strict exam conditions to ensure fairness to all within the process - Ensure appropriate tests and protocols are used depending on the applicant’s year group and testing process. - Support parents and guide students appropriately when they visit school for their in-class observations and/or interviews. Boarding/Residential Accommodation 5% - Manage enquiries and requests for boarding information from parents. - Ensure boarding students’ information (guardian contact details, medical etc) is kept up-to-date - Work with the Boarding HMs to promote the advantages and benefits of boarding to the appropriate stakeholders Others 5% Provide other support assigned by line manager
