崗位內(nèi)容
1.跟進(jìn)工廠的整柜及散貨訂艙
2.通知工廠安排散貨貨物進(jìn)倉以及處理進(jìn)倉過程中出現(xiàn)的意外情況。
3.跟進(jìn)散貨的裝箱計(jì)劃，并和倉庫及時(shí)溝通裝柜情況。
4.整柜貨物的安排 /船公司訂艙確認(rèn)發(fā)放等操作
5.船公司訂艙管理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù) (例如訂艙提交/修改/異常處理等）
6.緊密關(guān)注客人客人審批的信息更新情況，滿足客人的績效要求。
7.根據(jù)實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)的需求，相應(yīng)的任務(wù)會有調(diào)整。
8.日常電話和郵件的跟進(jìn)
9.數(shù)據(jù)錄入，數(shù)據(jù)收集，報(bào)表制作，接聽電話
10.outlook 日常郵件跟進(jìn), 客戶電話接聽；
11.處理船舶以及貨物應(yīng)急相關(guān)任務(wù)
12.對外撥打電話服務(wù)：公司推廣業(yè)務(wù)類型，包括推廣公司網(wǎng)站使用，公司新的產(chǎn)品，客戶滿意度調(diào)查等等項(xiàng)目

崗位要求
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷（學(xué)信網(wǎng)可查）；
2.物流航運(yùn)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
3.過往有航運(yùn)物流經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
4.CET4及以上，需具備基礎(chǔ)讀寫能力；
5.溝通表達(dá)及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力強(qiáng)。
上班時(shí)間：朝九晚六，周末雙休

Job responsibilities
1. Follow up on full container and bulk cargo booking at the factory
2. Notify the factory to arrange the entry of bulk cargo into the warehouse and handle any unexpected situations that may occur during the entry process.
3. Follow up on the packing plan for bulk cargo and communicate with the warehouse in a timely manner about the loading situation.
4. Arrangement of full container cargo/confirmation and distribution of booking by shipping company, etc
5. Shipping company booking management related business (such as booking submission/modification/exception handling, etc.)
6. Pay close attention to the updates of information approved by guests and meet their performance requirements.
7. According to the actual business needs, corresponding tasks may be adjusted.
8. Follow up on daily phone calls and emails
9. Data entry, data collection, report production, and answering phone calls
10. Outlook daily email follow-up, customer phone answering;
11. Handle emergency tasks related to ships and cargo
