Description 1.Creating short/medium/longterm, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; 2.Assign the tasks to the team member who is most appropriate or best positioned to complete them; 3.Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project; 4.Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy; 5.Communicating with executives or management keep the project aligned with company's business objectives; 6.Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected; 7.Make schedules and target adjustment as needs/financing for the project change.
Requirements 1.At least 5 years experiment in the semiconductor industry; 2.Academic background in engineering (chemical, material, or electrical) or pure science (physics, chemistry), Bachelor degree and above; 3.Experienced in leading/directing projects with tangible target and achievements; 4.Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate and facilitate between different groups/business unit; 5.Qualifications such as project managements, scrums, or lean six sigma are preferrable; 6.Ability to speak English is a plus point.
