Travel Arrangements:
出差安排:
1. Make travel and lodging arrangements for staff and visitors; Including tickets, hotel and car reservations; Company car & temporary car rental arrangement.
為員工和訪客做行程安排,包括機(jī)票、酒店和車輛預(yù)訂;公司車輛及外包租車安排。
2. Buy International Journey Safe insurance for employees to foreign countries.
為去外國出差員工及時(shí)購買萬國游蹤險(xiǎn)。
3. Some modification of travel policy.
根據(jù)實(shí)際情況修改一些出差政策。
Admin Supplier management:
行政供應(yīng)商管理
4 Admin supplier arrangement, such as drinkable water, plantation, uniform, office coffee, soft drink & snack.
行政供應(yīng)商管理,如飲用水,花木,工作服,辦公室咖啡,軟飲小吃等…
5 Daily processing of employees punch cards & Business cards.
員工胸卡和名片的日常進(jìn)程。
6. Stat. daily work meals.
統(tǒng)計(jì)日常工作餐。
7. Apply & control stationery.
辦公用品的申請(qǐng)及管控。
8. Arrange payment for office expenses; and allocate public expense to each dept, e.g. meal, car, post, stationeries.
安排辦公室行政費(fèi)用,并分?jǐn)偣操M(fèi)用至各部門:工作餐、用車、快遞、文具…
9. Manage company telephone switchboard, and receiving guests.
管理公司電話交換機(jī)和接待訪客。
10. Badge processing -Employees/Temporary/Vendor/Visitor/Special Pass.
證件識(shí)別-員工/臨時(shí)工/供應(yīng)商/訪客/特別通行證。
11. Manage the medical kit; supply the usual medicines on time.
醫(yī)療箱管理,及時(shí)補(bǔ)足常用藥品。
12. House rent for employees
房屋租賃。
13. Fax machine, printer and other office equipment
s maintain notice.
傳真機(jī)、打印機(jī)及日常辦公設(shè)備的報(bào)修。
14 Assist department leader active all employee activity as annual dinner, annual outing, team building, Birthday party arrangement
協(xié)助部門主管舉辦所有員工活動(dòng)如年夜飯、旅游、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、生日會(huì)等等

16. Employee accident and sickness insurance reimbursement
員工意外險(xiǎn)及疾病險(xiǎn)的理陪
17. Provide the insurance add & deduct information to insurance company per month
每月向保險(xiǎn)公司提供公司加減保信息

18 Monthly Attendance Statistics and Calculation;

19 New employee orientation training – Admin function.
新員工導(dǎo)向培訓(xùn)—行政模塊。
20. Ensure that the reception area is kept clean and tidy.
確保接待區(qū)域干凈整齊。
21. To update ISO documents in time, ensure in accordance to the Laws & Policies. ISO Implement.
及時(shí)更新ISO文件,以保證與法律法規(guī)一致。執(zhí)行ISO。
22. Perform other duties as manager assigned.
執(zhí)行主管分配的其它職責(zé)。
