??Subcontractors Management?:分包商管理?
- Send out subcontracts once approved
分包合同一經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)即發(fā)送 - Send out invoice templates to subs for billing
向分包商發(fā)送發(fā)票模板以便其開具發(fā)票 - Review subcontractors’ bi-weekly invoices with operations team
與運(yùn)營部門一起審核分包商的雙周發(fā)票 - Ensure installers’ submitted tickets are processed
確保安裝人員提交的票據(jù)得到處理 - Enter subcontractors’ invoices in Sage system
在Sage系統(tǒng)中錄入分包商發(fā)票 - Send DocuSign requests for invoice approvals
發(fā)送電子簽名請求以處理發(fā)票
??Procurement Process?:采購流程?
- Place POs with vendors after internal approval
內(nèi)部批準(zhǔn)后向供應(yīng)商下訂單 - Track and follow up on POs’ delivery status
跟蹤并跟進(jìn)訂單交付狀態(tài) - Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely PO payments
與會(huì)計(jì)部門跟進(jìn)以確保訂單及時(shí)付款 - Book freight services if required
如有需要,預(yù)訂貨運(yùn) - Resolve issues with vendors’ invoices
處理有問題的供應(yīng)商發(fā)票

- Process monthly payroll records and ensure compliance

任職要求
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Accounting, or related fields
英語、會(huì)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷 - Proficient in English communication (written & verbal)
具備流利的英文書面及口頭溝通能力 - 1+ years of procurement/accounting experience preferred
1年以上采購或會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 - Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Sage) and Office tools
熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)(如Sage)及辦公軟件 - Strong attention to detail and data management skills
注重細(xì)節(jié),具備數(shù)據(jù)管理能力 - Adaptable to flexible working hours and remote collaboration
