崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)鋁合金船項目的跟進(jìn)，與挪威派駐工程師、物流、船廠、供應(yīng)商及客戶保持順暢密切溝通，確保達(dá)到項目目標(biāo)并保證客戶滿意度
Be responsible for aluminum boat projects following. Keep close and efficient communication with Norway Engineer, logistics, shipyards, suppliers & customers, ensure to achieve the goals of the projects and customer’s satisfaction.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)船只制造全過程的監(jiān)控與管理，加強(qiáng)制造過程檢驗，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)品質(zhì)問題，并與挪威派駐工程師及時溝通解決
Be responsible for the whole process of boats building and overall management. Strengthen the shipbuilding process inspection, to detect quality problems and timely communicate with Norway Engineer to solve the problems.
3. 與挪威派駐工程師一起建立質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)文件，包括質(zhì)量計劃，檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與試航大綱等
Establish the quality system files with Norway engineers, including quality plan, inspection standard & sea trials outline.
4. 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，并推動船廠按照生產(chǎn)計劃完成項目。
Monitor the production process, and push shipyard to finish projects according to production plan.
5. 公司交代的其它相關(guān)工作。
Other related tasks assigned by top management.

教育背景：
本科或以上/ Bachelor degree or above
專業(yè)不限，船舶工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
Ship Engineer related major preferred, but not limited to

崗位經(jīng)驗：
8年以上船舶行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，5年以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗，大型企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮
At least 8 years working experience in ship industry, 5 years or above in similar position. Experience in a multinational company preferred

技能知識：
1.英語聽說讀寫流利. Good English in speaking and writing
2.熟悉船舶工藝及驗船標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Familiar with boat building techniques and inspection standard.
3.熟悉船舶制圖軟件，熟悉船舶圖紙F(tuán)amiliar with CAD related boat drawing software, familiar with boat drawing.
4.熟悉辦公室軟件及電腦操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office application.
