Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to carry out joint design of the EWIS with customers, and complete the development of wiring diagram, wiring harness diagram and wiring harness installation diagram
• 帶領(lǐng)團隊跟客戶開展整機EWIS聯(lián)合設(shè)計，完成接線圖、線束圖和線束安裝圖的開發(fā)
• Complete the selection of connectors, terminals and cables
• 完成連接器、端子和線纜的選型
• Complete the design and deliver relevant technical documentation.
• 完成設(shè)計并交付相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔
• Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas for working alignment.
• 客戶、供應(yīng)商、營銷和銷售人員以及其他工程領(lǐng)域進行工作協(xié)調(diào)。
• Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.
• 技術(shù)管理 – 基于ISO質(zhì)量體系創(chuàng)建關(guān)于技術(shù)管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容
• Participate and contribute to team training, development, mentoring and audits.
• 積極參與和服務(wù)于培訓(xùn)，員工發(fā)展，導(dǎo)師和審計等團隊

Requirements:

• University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or related field required (Graduate Degree preferred)
• 電子類, 機械類專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷 （研究生畢業(yè)優(yōu)先）
• Above 5 years directly EWIS development related experience.
• 具備5年以上EWIS設(shè)計相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
• Familiar with electrical schematics, EWIS design, material selection, and processes
• 熟悉電氣原理圖，熟悉航空線束設(shè)計、物料選型、工藝標準和規(guī)范
• Familiar with airworthiness certification, IPC620 and other standards
• 熟悉適航認證、IPC620等標準
• Proficient in using CATIA, AUTOCAD and other related wiring harness design software
• 熟練使用CATIA、AUTOCAD等相關(guān)線束設(shè)計軟件
• Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
• 能夠在壓力下和頻繁干擾的情況下維持高精度的工作
• Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 具備很強的溝通和問題解決能力。
