Key Responsibilities and Tasks：


Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
Participating in/managing client/Contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and project management issues.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Verification and checks of all the project deliverables.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
Preparation of the project status reports.
Preparation and follow up of project purchase orders and invoices.
Project set-up and maintenance according to company standards.
Handling multi-task in execution of complete lifecycle projects. The person needs to be a team player, smart, flexible and responsible.
Operation management of existing projects. Act independently, good overall view and excellent planning.
Create values add to the organization and projects. Organize the team, loves challenges and pursue high quality services.
Willing to face customers and other stakeholders positively. Analytical thinking and service oriented.
Assist the Manager in all aspect of tender bids, proposals, presentation and documents.
Able to explore new areas when given opportunities.



Essential：

Degree in Naval Engineering or Marine Engineering, Naval Architectural, Ocean Engineering, marine technology, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent. Master Degree is welcome.

Proficient with Microsoft office pack

Proven abilities to work collaboratively with others

Excellent communication and management skills


Working Experience:

Prefer 5-8 years in related industry, maritime, marine, offshore, shipping, ship management, marine services.

Good knowledge in Maritime industry. Good attitude and positive thinking.

Fluent in English and Chinese. Other language is welcome.
