Qualification description:

1. Coordinate and proceed the whole process of IC Sales, from order receiving, internal and external communication, coordination, till product delivery and payment settlement. 協(xié)調(diào)推進IC Sales，從訂單接受、內(nèi)部溝通協(xié)調(diào)，直至產(chǎn)品交付、到款全過程。

2. Assist to input, maintain and summarize sales data. Perform cost accounting, provide statistics, query and management of business reports and department sales performance. 協(xié)助輸入、維護、匯總銷售數(shù)據(jù)。進行成本核算，提供商務(wù)報表及部門銷售業(yè)績的統(tǒng)計、查詢、管理；

3. Based on statistical data, submit reference suggestions and plans to superiors for improving business activities. 依據(jù)統(tǒng)計整理的數(shù)據(jù)資料，向主管提交參考建議與方案，用于改善經(jīng)營活動；

4. Organize company orders, contract execution and archive management; do a good job in internal revenue and expenditure, current account verification and other account processing. 整理公司訂單，合同的執(zhí)行并歸檔管理；做好內(nèi)部收支、往來賬核對等賬目處理；

5. Assist the company's after-sales department to do the after-sales service record and settlement processing work. 協(xié)助公司售后部門做好售后服務(wù)的錄單，結(jié)算處理工作；

6. Reception of visiting customers and comprehensive coordination of daily administrative affairs. 接待來訪客戶及綜合協(xié)調(diào)日常銷售行政事務(wù)；

7. Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior except for the above mentioned duties.

除上述職責(zé)外，還應(yīng)完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。
