崗位職責(zé):

Job Responsibilities:

1. 根據(jù)ALEVEL作品集的要求，負(fù)責(zé)A LEVEL工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課程授課，制定學(xué)生的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況制定匹配的教學(xué)方案；

Teach A-Level industrial design courses based on the requirements of the A-Level portfolio, develop training plans for students, and create tailored teaching programs according to practical situations.

2. 根據(jù)每年官方對(duì)作品集的最新要求，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生按要求在申請(qǐng)?zhí)峤磺巴瓿勺髌芳闹谱鳎?/p>

Guide students to complete their portfolios according to the latest requirements set by the official authorities each year before submitting their applications.

3. 輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)研、選題、開題、落成等過程，院校研究，使得作品集質(zhì)量提升，積極提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量；

Assist students in conducting research, selecting topics, initiating projects, and finalizing their works, while also providing guidance on college and university research, aiming to improve the quality of portfolios and enhance teaching effectiveness.

4. 加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)藝術(shù)能力、規(guī)劃最優(yōu)的思維方式并提升表現(xiàn)技法等；

Enhance students' professional artistic abilities, help them develop optimal thinking strategies, and improve their presentation techniques.

5. 從專業(yè)的角度評(píng)估學(xué)生的能力水平，定期溝通反饋學(xué)生情況；

Evaluate students' competency levels from a professional perspective and regularly communicate and provide feedback on their progress.

6. 完成藝術(shù)組組內(nèi)年度校級(jí)（學(xué)科組內(nèi)）宣傳工作，如藝術(shù)節(jié)相關(guān)活動(dòng)的舉辦與內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)。

Organize and participate in annual school-level (department-level) promotional activities within the art department, such as organizing and presenting content for art festivals.

任職要求:

Job Requirements:

1. 有海外院校留學(xué)背景，藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士以上學(xué)歷；

Have a background of studying abroad in an overseas institution, specializing in art and design, with a master's degree or above.

2. 專業(yè)知識(shí)技巧扎實(shí)，善于與人溝通，熱愛教育事業(yè)，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)；

Possess solid professional knowledge and skills, be adept at communication, have a passion for the field of education, and demonstrate a diligent and responsible work ethic.

3. 善于觀察，條理性、邏輯性清晰，做事踏實(shí)，有想法有創(chuàng)意，愛鉆研;

Have excellent observation skills, clear organizational and logical thinking, a practical and thorough approach to tasks, innovative thinking, and a love for research and exploration.

4. 應(yīng)聘需提供作品集。

Applicants must provide a portfolio of their work.
