職責(zé)描述:
1. 負責(zé)手術(shù)機器人系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)工作
2. 負責(zé)項目整體機械需求收集評估、方案制定及詳細設(shè)計實現(xiàn);
3. 完成樣機的裝配以及調(diào)試,梳理期間出現(xiàn)的問題并制定優(yōu)化方案;
4. 按照醫(yī)療有源產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程要求完成產(chǎn)品機械結(jié)構(gòu)部分技術(shù)文檔編撰,并支持后續(xù)型檢
工作;
5. 負責(zé)相關(guān)專利分析,規(guī)避知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險,輸出相關(guān)開發(fā)文檔和技術(shù)文件。
任職要求:
1. 三年以上整機產(chǎn)品設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗,本科以上機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化,機電一體化或相
關(guān)專業(yè),具有一定的背景知識,熟悉醫(yī)療設(shè)備開發(fā)流程;
2. 有扎實的機械設(shè)計基礎(chǔ),熟練使用機械設(shè)計軟件 solidworks、CAD 等行業(yè)軟件;
3. 熟悉電機(步進電機、直流伺服電機、空心杯電機等)、減速器、自動化機械外購件(絲
桿、同步帶、齒輪、直線導(dǎo)軌)等選型,熟悉精密機加零件的設(shè)計與工藝,熟悉尺寸鏈分析,
有豐富的機加、鈑金及塑膠結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗;
4. 掌握常規(guī)機械傳動方式,如帶傳動、鋼絲傳動、齒輪傳動、滾珠絲桿等
5. 出色的邏輯分析能力和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計能力,有量產(chǎn)或成熟產(chǎn)品的完整設(shè)計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
6. 醫(yī)療器械、智能機器人,柔性手術(shù)器械等相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
1. Responsible for the development of surgical robot system structure
2. Responsible for collecting and evaluating overall mechanical requirements for the project,
developing plans, and implementing detailed designs;
3. Complete the assembly and debugging of the prototype, identify any issues that arise during
the process, and develop optimization plans;
4. Complete the compilation of technical documents for the mechanical structure of the product
according to the requirements of the medical active product development process, and support
subsequent type inspection work;
5. Responsible for patent analysis, avoiding intellectual property risks, and outputting relevant
development documents and technical files.
Job requirements:
1. More than three years of experience in whole machine product design, with a bachelor's
degree or above in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechatronics or related
majors, possessing certain background knowledge, familiar with medical equipment
development processes;
2. Have a solid foundation in mechanical design and proficient in using industry software such as
Solidworks and CAD for mechanical design;
3. Familiar with the selection of motors (stepper motors, DC servo motors, hollow cup motors,
etc.), reducers, and purchased parts for automation machinery (screws, synchronous belts, gears,
linear guides), familiar with the design and process of precision machined parts, familiar with
dimensional chain analysis, and have rich experience in machining, sheet metal, and plastic
structure design;
4. Master conventional mechanical transmission methods, such as belt transmission, wire
transmission, gear transmission, ball screw, etc
5. Excellent logical analysis and product design skills, with complete design experience in mass
production or mature products preferred;
6. Priority given to research and development experience in medical devices, intelligent robots,
flexible surgical instruments, and other related structures
