崗位職責(zé):

1.Responsible to setup and maintain the departments processes in accordance with the SAL company guidelines, ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 and relevant health and safety standards；
2. According to the requirement of control plan and operation instruction, implement functional line inspection and rework recheck；
3. Coordinate with group leader/group leader deputy to make daily management, to guarantee the work implement effectively；
4. Based on relevant regulation of equipment/gauge, make daily spot check on equipment/gauge；
5. According to training requirement, train the new recruit inspectors.
1. 負(fù)責(zé)按照SAL公司準(zhǔn)則，ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 和相關(guān)的健康與安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立和維護(hù)部門流程；
2. 按照控制計劃及作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書要求，進(jìn)行機(jī)能線檢驗及返工確認(rèn)工作；
3. 配合班長/自由人做好本班組的日常管理工作，以保證工作的有效展開；
4. 依據(jù)設(shè)備/量檢具相關(guān)管理規(guī)定，對自身使用檢驗設(shè)備/工具進(jìn)行日常點(diǎn)檢 ；
5. 根據(jù)培訓(xùn)需要，對新入職的檢驗員進(jìn)行相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。

1. Familiar with total vehicle quality inspection professional knowledge, tools, methods；
2. Familiar with vehicle manufacturing process and defect styles；
3. Familiar with application method of functional line usage and maintenance；
4. Have C1 driving license, more than two years driving experience；
5. 2-3 year working experience on total vehicle inspection or parts.
1. 熟悉整車質(zhì)量檢驗專業(yè)知識及工具方法；
2. 熟悉汽車制造工藝及缺陷類別；
3. 熟悉機(jī)能線檢測設(shè)備的使用、保養(yǎng)方法;
4. 有C1駕照，2年以上駕齡；
5. 2-3年整車或零部件檢驗經(jīng)驗。
