崗位職責(zé):

1.According to the various requirements of the workshop and the arrangement of the group leader, participate in the production, quality, personnel, safety, original price, preservation, on-site, energy and other aspects of the work to ensure that the operation of key positions meets the requirements and complete the work tasks of the workshop with quality and quantity；
2.Safety: In accordance with safety-related management regulations, participate in various safety activities and daily safety management of the team to enhance their own safety awareness;
3.Environment: Implement 5S requirements in workshops and teams to ensure the cleanliness of the work site;
4.Others: Assist the group leader to complete other tasks arranged by the leader.
1.依據(jù)車間的各項要求及班長安排，參與本班組生產(chǎn)、品質(zhì)、人事、安全、原價、保全、現(xiàn)場、能源等各方面工作，確保關(guān)鍵崗位操作符合要求，保質(zhì)保量完成車間的工作任務(wù)；
2.安全：依據(jù)安全相關(guān)管理規(guī)定，參與本班組各項安全活動及安全日常管理，提升自身的安全意識；
3.環(huán)境：執(zhí)行車間、班組內(nèi)的5S要求，保證工作現(xiàn)場的清潔；
4.其它：協(xié)助班長完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。

1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date;
4.Team adaptability and learning ability: can quickly integrate into the new environment, coordinate and communicate smoothly, quickly master the teaching knowledge, skills and methods, and operate independently.
1.學(xué)歷：中專/高中及以上；
2.能夠嚴(yán)格根據(jù)作業(yè)手順書、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書的順序、工藝、操作要領(lǐng)完成相關(guān)作業(yè)；
3.執(zhí)行力：按照規(guī)定步驟實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)工作，嚴(yán)格遵守完成日期;
4.團(tuán)隊適應(yīng)性和學(xué)習(xí)能力：能快速融入新環(huán)境，協(xié)調(diào)溝通順利，快速掌握教授知識，技能方法并獨(dú)立操作。
