職位描述：

1. 中英文雙語(yǔ)環(huán)境下工作
2. 在行為分析師BCBA與戴可麟二級(jí)督導(dǎo)老師的督導(dǎo)下，執(zhí)行完整評(píng)估報(bào)告，制定治療計(jì)劃和教學(xué)方案
3. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)特殊需求兒童(如自閉癥，發(fā)育遲緩等兒童)開(kāi)展專業(yè)訓(xùn)練，根據(jù)教務(wù)部的安排開(kāi)展社交訓(xùn)練、語(yǔ)言訓(xùn)練、個(gè)訓(xùn)課、游戲課等，提供影子老師、線下個(gè)訓(xùn)課、融合小組課等服務(wù)
4. 撰寫治療記錄，進(jìn)度報(bào)告，及時(shí)和有效的方式提出書(shū)面報(bào)告，給到督導(dǎo)老師和家長(zhǎng)及時(shí)反饋
5. 定期審查治療進(jìn)度，隨時(shí)與家長(zhǎng)共同修改治療目標(biāo)以符合個(gè)案所需。
6. 向家長(zhǎng)提供咨詢、座談等支持，與家庭成員一起改變影響治療成效之病理及行為模式。

Shadow Teacher in an English Environment


Company Overview:
Founded in 2018 by Declan, DECLAN Education is a company specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on shadow teacher services and in-home interventions. Integrating ABA principles with inclusive education, DECLAN provides personalized solutions for children with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, or other behavioral challenges. The goal is to equip these children with essential skills for school and daily life, promoting their integration into both school settings and broader society.

Job Description:

1. Work within an English-speaking environment.
2. Under the supervision of a BCBA and DECLAN’s secondary supervisors, execute comprehensive assessment reports, and create treatment and teaching plans.
3. Provide professional training for children with special needs (e.g., autism, developmental delays), delivering tailored sessions, including social training, language development, individual instruction, and play sessions. Services offered include shadow teaching, in-person individual sessions, and group sessions.
4. Document treatment records, compile progress reports, and provide timely feedback to supervisors and parents in written form.
5. Review treatment progress regularly and adjust treatment goals as needed in collaboration with parents.
6. Offer consultations and workshops for parents, working closely with family members to address behavioral and pathological factors affecting treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out all tasks specified in the job description.
2. Support the General Manager with daily business operations and company management.

Basic Requirements:
1. Fluent English, able to communicate effectively.
2. Strong foundational skills and learning ability.
3. Compassionate toward special needs children, with patience and empathy.
4. Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and critical thinking.
5. Responsible, with a keen ability to learn and adapt.
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience or internship in special education.
2. Background in psychology, education, or related fields, with relevant certifications or experience.
3. Basic English proficiency preferred.
4. Experience in new media operations is a plus.
5. Business acumen and results-oriented approach preferred.
